Do I need an appointment to be seen?

For a specialist consultation, yes — except the Emergency Room, which is open 24 hours without an appointment.

What documents should I bring to my appointment?

An official ID and, if you have one, your insurance card and any prior test results related to your visit.

Can I pre-register before arriving at the hospital?

Yes, message us on WhatsApp with your information and your appointment or surgery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, credit or debit card, and bank transfer for scheduled procedures.

Do you work with my health insurance?

We work with several Mexican insurers; share your policy details before your procedure to confirm coverage.

How do I get my invoice?

Request it at the billing office when you pay, or within the timeframe set by current tax regulations.

What are the visiting hours?

They vary by area and location; we recommend confirming directly before you arrive.

What do I do if I feel my rights as a patient weren’t respected?
