Pre-registration lets you go straight to your appointment or surgery without last-minute paperwork. You can start it on WhatsApp before your visit.

What is pre-registration?

Pre-registration is the administrative process completed before your appointment, test, or surgery: capturing your information, reviewing your insurance (if applicable), and confirming what’s needed for your care.

Doing it ahead of time cuts down on wait time on the day of your visit, especially if you have a scheduled surgery.

What do I need to bring?

• A valid, official photo ID.
• Your health insurance card or policy, if you have one.
• A medical order or referral, if your specialist gave you one.
• Prior test results or medical records related to your visit.

Steps for your admission

1. Message us on WhatsApp or go directly to reception at the location where your appointment is.
2. Hand over your ID and documents so your information can be registered.
3. If your procedure requires insurance, the team reviews your coverage with you.
4. Get confirmation of your registration and proceed to your appointment, test, or surgery prep.

Can I pre-register before I arrive at the hospital?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your information and the date of your appointment or surgery; we’ll get as much done ahead of time as possible, so on the day of your visit you only need to confirm your details.

This is especially useful if your surgery requires prior preparation or if you’re coming from out of town.

What if I have a scheduled surgery?

If you have a scheduled surgery, your medical team will give you additional requirements (fasting, pre-op tests, pausing certain medications). Administrative pre-registration is separate from those medical instructions, but both are necessary before your procedure.
