We accept several payment methods and issue an official electronic invoice for your consultations, tests, and procedures. If you have questions about a charge, our patient services team can help.
Have a question about your account or invoice? Message us on WhatsApp.
How does billing work at Hospital CMQ?
At the end of your consultation, test, or procedure, the billing office walks you through your itemized account before processing payment.
If you have Mexican health insurance, our team reviews with you whether your case allows direct billing to your insurer or whether you need to pay and request reimbursement.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash.
- Credit or debit card.
- Bank transfer (for scheduled procedures).
How do I get my invoice?
- Request your invoice at the billing office when you pay, or within the timeframe set by current tax regulations.
- Provide your complete billing/tax information.
- You’ll receive your invoice by email in the required formats.
Do you work with my health insurance?
We work with several Mexican health insurers. Before your procedure, share your policy details so our team can confirm whether direct billing to your insurer applies.
If your insurance is international (U.S. or Canadian), check the International Patients section for specific information on billing foreign insurers.
Share your insurance details on WhatsApp before your appointment and we’ll confirm your coverage.
What do I do if I have questions about a charge?
If something on your account isn’t clear, visit or message our patient services team with your account or invoice number; we’ll walk you through the full breakdown before closing out the process.
Ready to book? Message our team on WhatsApp and we’ll help you find the right specialist and appointment time.
