Tambi\u00e9n se refiere, cuando ocurre un sangrado en el cerebro mismo o en las membranas que lo rodean.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay dos tipos de derrame cerebral: <strong>isqu\u00e9mico<\/strong> y <strong>hemorr\u00e1gico<\/strong>. La mayor\u00eda de los derrames cerebrales que se presentan son isqu\u00e9micos.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb28px\u00bb][vc_row_inner el_id=\u00bbprevention\u00bb][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Prevenci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfSab\u00edas que el 80% de los derrames cerebrales pueden prevenirse controlando los factores de riesgo? Las mejores medidas para prevenirlo son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Controlar la tensi\u00f3n arterial.<\/strong> Mantenerla en valores inferiores a 135 en m\u00e1xima y 85 en m\u00ednima.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Llevar un estilo de vida saludable.<\/strong> Implementar ejercicio regular y una alimentaci\u00f3n baja en sal, az\u00facares y grasas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evitar el consumo de tabaco y reducir al m\u00e1ximo el estr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducir el consumo de alcohol.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vigilar las irregularidades del pulso. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space height=\u00bb28px\u00bb][vc_row_inner el_id=\u00bbsymptoms\u00bb][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>S\u00edntomas de un Derrame Cerebral<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adormecimiento, entumecimiento, hormigueo o debilidad en una mitad del rostro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confusi\u00f3n, dificultad para hablar o entender el habla de otros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dificultad con la visi\u00f3n en uno o ambos ojos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impedimento para caminar, mareos, p\u00e9rdida del equilibrio o de la coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolor de cabeza severo, sin alguna causa conocida.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El cerebro controla todo lo que hacemos: hablar, caminar y respirar. Si debido a un infarto, un \u00e1rea localizada del cerebro no recibe el ox\u00edgeno necesario, esa parte del cuerpo podr\u00eda verse afectada. La incidencia es superior en afroamericanos e hispanoamericanos comparada con cauc\u00e1sicos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Antecedentes familiares: <\/b>miembros de una familia pueden tener tendencia gen\u00e9tica a factores de riesgo. Si se cuenta con casos de presi\u00f3n arterial alta (hipertensi\u00f3n) o diabetes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space][vc_row_inner el_id=\u00bbtreatment\u00bb][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Tratamiento<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tratamiento de un derrame cerebral se debe iniciar lo antes posible. En este caso, el tiempo perdido es igual a cerebro perdido. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stroke.org\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The National Stroke Association <\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estima que por cada hora que pasa desde que se sufre un ataque, el cerebro sufre un retroceso de cuatro a\u00f1os.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se requiere asistencia m\u00e9dica inmediata en unidades especializadas.
